Cox's Bazar's Blue Dream: My Sea Travel Story

The first place that comes to mind when I hear the name of Bangladesh is Cox's Bazar. The world's longest beach—this blue horizon stretching for 75 miles seems to spread a strange peace. That's where I went for a few days of vacation, to find some rest and a lot of joy.

First morning: blue water and golden sun

When I went to the beach on the first morning, the sunlight was just hitting the water. The smell of salt in the air, the rhythm of the waves, a kind of tranquility in my ears. The sand on my feet, the endless water in my eyes—it felt like the world had stopped at this moment.

 Food and market stories

In the afternoon, I ate delicious local food—fried shrimp, Rupchanda fish, and coconut water. In the evening, I went to Laboni Beach Market. I was filled with colorful shells, pearls, and wooden handicrafts there. I bought a few small gifts for myself and my loved ones.

 Cox's Bazar at night

I was sitting on the beach at night, listening to the sound of the waves. The Sea Palace Hotel was shining in the distance, and the music was floating from the small shops next to it. All the fatigue seemed to be flying away in the sea breeze.

 Last morning: Before returning

On the last morning, I went to the beach again. It felt like this blue water was calling me back. Cox's Bazar is not just a place — it is a feeling that stays in my mind.

 Travel tips:

Be careful during the waves, especially during high tide.

Don't forget to visit Himchhari and Inani Beach.

Be sure to keep your camera with you during sunset — the sunset in Cox's Bazar is simply amazing.
